Really struggling with split nights

My little girl is 14 months old and currently we are really struggling with her sleep. She used to have two naps a day, and then sleep from approx 8pm - 7am (sometimes waking a bit earlier) with one wake for a feed through the night.

She’s recently starting refusing naps and it’s really affecting her nighttime sleep. For the past three weeks or so, every single night I’ve been up with her for anywhere between two and four hours, once she’s woken for a feed she will not go back to sleep.

She’s been refusing to go down for her afternoon nap nap, so I tried pushing it later towards lunchtime. So she goes down between about 10am or 12pm depending on what time she woke up, and can sleep for two hours if she is just left to it. I’m really struggling to get her in a routine, I work 3 days a week and she is looked after by grandparents on my working days, so my efforts to get her in a routine don’t always work on those days.

I drive an hour long commute to work and I am so sleep deprived I’m genuinely concerned that I shouldn’t be driving, as I feel like a zombie.

Does anyone know if I’m doing something wrong nap wise? I’ve googled sleep schedules for her age but they all seem to vary. I would just love to be able to put her back to bed at night and for her to not be up for hours and hours!
