Please give me all your tips for how to cope/best practice etc for a second pregnancy, when I give birth my toddler will be 2 (just turned)
I am dreading the sleeplessness but last time I remember my body just doing it for those night feeds!

All night wakings were split between us. DH was with nearly 2 year old for any wake-ups, I had the baby. He got up early every morning to make sure I could have time to get showered and dressed and get a march on the day.

And we were out nearly all day every day. Double buggy, sandwiches and something every morning like a playgroup or playground or library singing time. Then a big walk with both of them napping in the buggy. I covered a lot of ground and it was bloody freezing at times but made the days so much easier.

Also not necessarily recommended but when they say to stay active in early labour I did that by following the 22 month old round soft play after my waters had gone and I'd been sent home again. I'm not saying it had an impact but DC2's birth was a dream!
