Omeprazole

my 8 month old has been given omeprazole it’s been 5 days! I can’t say it’s done a massive deal yet apart from diarrhoea has been horrendous!! Has anybody else had this issue! And if so does it calm down?

What symptoms did they have to start with? Any diagnosed allergies? It’s made big improvements for my DD but she is nearly 8 yrs old.

Sickness, a lot! Generally just really unhappy! He’s had constipation since birth! And bad eczema! So he’s on no cows milk! His eczema had cleared up but didn’t help with anything else apart from constipation has changed to diarrhoea since starting omeprazole
