Screaming after feeds. Wonder weeks leap 3 or vaccination's?

My baby is 12 weeks old.
he has been on kendmail / mam bottles since birth and overall been content with his feeding since having his tongue tie cut @ 10 days old.
he was in hospital at 8 weeks with a UTI/ covid and on strong antibiotics. He was in pain after feeds. We gave him probiotics and he seemed to settle down eventually, up until 11 weeks when he had his first lot of vaccinations.

First 2 days after this were okay but the last 7 days he’s been screaming after his bottles, arching back, I can hear the milk hitting his tummy, he’s also being sick LOADS more!
i have also noticed he’s in the middle of wonder weeks leap 3.

my question is…
1- has any of your babies been uncomfortable this long after vaccinations?
2- has your baby screamed after bottles during leap 3?

So hard to pinpoint what it could be; I just hate seeing my happy baby scream in pain!! 😭

Wonder weeks is a load of bollox. Your baby sounds like he's having some trouble digesting his feeds. Have you tried Colief?

I agree with @WingSlutz

@WingSlutz tried colactase which is the same thing. Also tried probiotics. No improvement! It’s just I don’t know why he’s suddenly like this after the vaccines. Surely discomfort can’t last this long?

Sounds like reflux, ask the GP for baby gaviscon - you just add it to the bottle. Hope he feels better soon!

Sounds like Reflux to me. No expert but DC2 was on baby gaviscon for several months for similar reasons
