Just a few hours left alone without having to run around doing something else when they're not here would be bliss. And I only have 1. Hope you're ok!

I got to that point at about 7.15 this morning. They got much better, but then bedtime was hellish.

I’m eating crunchy nut cornflakes to recover.

This is not what I imagined my Saturday nights being.

I’m so drained I just want to go to bed but also don’t!

How old are they?
If they are old enough to amuse themselves I'd just leave them to it and inform them that you are having a "day off".
Provide basic food.
If too young for that then play hospitals with them. They are the doctors and nurses. You're the patient. You're in a coma. You have to lie still on the sofa all day.
Good luck.

Haha ones only a baby and the other is only three.

But you have to feed them, toilet trips / reminders (and arguments)

I love them But so fed up of them 😂

Hide and seek is good with those ages. Hide yourself in a baby-proofed room under a blanket. Tell them it’s always their turn to seek. Weirdly enough they’re happy to keep finding you in the same place.
