May I ask, for those who have given up dairy, how soon did you notice a difference and what did that difference look like?

My little one was formula fed but about 2 weeks switching from dairy to soya formula. It takes a while to come completely out of your system

Less screaming in pain, nappies not so bad and wind easier to bring up. See GP if you think allergy/intolerance

Can't say with a baby because it's me with CMPA but I'd say after two days I saw some improvement then after 2 weeks of felt completely different. If I ever have a reaction now it's always 2 weeks before I'm fully recovered.

At 4 months, my baby was completely different within 48 hours and a vast improvement within 24 hours. No screaming, arching back, constant diarrhoea.

However, it took another year or so for us to realise he's also allergic to soya (50% of babies with CMPA are) and after the soya left the diet, the eczema improved, but didn't leave completely.

I text to Soya too @AnotherCountryMummy but luckily not as much as I do to the milk protein Flowers
