Has anyone got the baby whisperer book?

I love to sneer derisively at routines, but in a bid to make my dd a bit happier (and sleep better) I was just wondering what the Baby Whisperer author recommends as a daily routine for a 6mo? I read the book when my ds was little, and daily routines did help with him.
If you have the book, would you mind just posting the sleep/wake/feed times for me? I gave my copy away!

I am quite 'anti-routine' but what helped me feel like I had a grip early on was to spend a week/few days writing down all day the times when my baby actually did things (you can follow Baby Whisperer-style Eat Activity Sleep... although my baby did A, E, S) and then saw that there WAS actually a pattern so I could feel like it wasn't all complete madness!
