Is it safe to wear baby outward facing from 3 months ?

Hi OP, usually it's around 6 months due to the risk of hip dysplasia being less as well as the baby having good head and neck control / strength.

Does baby have good head control? Is it an appropriately sized carrier that keeps legs in good position? 3 months is definitely a bit early, I think it would be best to wait a bit longer.

Also bear in mind that, without the option to tuck their head away / to the side, outward facing can be highly overstimulating and overwhelming for babies. They can see plenty over your shoulder / to the side (they should be high enough) or you can learn how to back carry ideally.
