kushti swim nappies, help needed!

I have just bought dd2 one of these rather than buying disposable swim nappies.
However on looking at it does she need a liner or a nappy to wear underneath it or is it ok to swim in on it's own ?
TIA

On it's own - thats all you need - it just contains 'accidents' until you choose to release then

On it's own is fine, you're really just after poo containment. If you put a nappy in your poor lo will sink to the bottom with the weight of it!
