DS just turned 2 - what milk do you give them? Whole milk or semi-skimmed milk? So much conflicting advice!

If there are no weight concerns, whichever milk you normally use.

Semi skimmed because I don’t like whole milk and I’d prefer not to buy twice

We kept giving whole milk until 3, but mine weren't good eaters. As long as they have a healthy diet, with other sauces of fats, it doesn't really matter

We just switched to organic whole milk, but whatever your family usually uses is fine..

Thank you. Husband has skimmed milk (Envy) so I'll continue with full fat milk as he is a bit of a fussy eater but he's a healthy weight.

We always buy organic. We did have semi for us and full fat for our child, but having been informed that full fat contains more oestrogen and the nutritionist said men should drink semi or skimmed when ttc, its made me rethink and we just buy semi!

We have kept with the equivalent of whole milk. Dairy allergy. She's not the best eater and she has toddler diarrhoea and not enough fat in the diet can contribute. Two of my friends that went down to semi skimmed went back up to whole milk when they started to get loose stools and going back up to whole milk stopped it again
