Best swim vest for a toddler

After recommendations please. My little one is 3 1/2. Havent been swimming much so need to use a swim vest for peace of mind. Prefer these over arm bands as hes happy to wear one.
Problem is the one we bought is a bit to bulky and when hes in the water it rides up on him and it ends up the top is near his ears. Im thinking maybe its a bit to big but the size below was to small. It was only from sports direct so wondering if anyone else uses a different one that they could recommend please.

You can get ones on Amazon that have a strap that runs from the front and goes underneath their bum and up round the back, if that makes sense.

Was a game changer for our son as his previous swim vest used to ride up around his neck and made him unstable. We actually combined that with arm bands and he can balance in the water and propel himself round really well now.
