Fridge freezer help.

I recently defrosted my fridge freezer, then did a a food shop to fill it all back up again. At 9pm at night I’ve only just realised it’s been turned off the whole day. Me and my child have already eaten cheese sandwiches and yoghurts and been fine since. I’m guessing this means everything will need to be thrown out and bought again? Absolutely fuming could’ve sworn I turned it back on. Is there anything that’s safe to be refrozen after defrosting?

Id probably ditch everything in the freezer to be safe, but keep lost things from the fridge. Cheese and yoghurt would have been fine at room temperature for the day, and the fridge will have stayed fairly cold. Unless you’ve got prawns or something in there I’d give it a sniff and assume it’s OK.

Thank you I just smelt the milk and it’s definitely off. But I will smell and check for any mould with the cheese ect. Can’t believe I’ve done this 🤦‍♀️
