One year old loses his mind over everything!

DS is coming 13 months and is still so temperamental. He screams at pretty much every nappy change, change of clothes, getting in and out the car, bath time getting washed it’s relentless. He is a good eater and sleeper and loves playing and is very social but so highly strung still. Has anyone had a child like this? When did they mellow out?

My son is the same age and very similar in his temperament, if he can’t get something he wants he will kick and scream. He wants everything I have in my hand and if I don’t let him have it it’s the end of the world, I’m quite lucky in the sense that my son has really good understanding for his age so I am somewhat able to reason with him but I totally understand how tough it is, I often go to bed feeling totally defeated and drained but I believe it will get better as my son’s tantrums peaked at around 11 months and are now slowly starting to get better.
