Don’t we all haha! But wow I am really suffering with the sleep deprivation this time round

Im ebf and our 10 week old settle sbest for me. She has some good nights but most nights she’s up every hour / every 2 hours and I’m so drained

our toddler wakes between 5.30 and 6.30 and it seems to be always when DD actually goes back to sleep so I can’t catch up

shes a cat napper too so no catching up on DS’ nursery days

im just so exhausted and my eyes are heavy and my body is heavy

You must be exhausted. I remember those days where a bad night gave me a terrible head and all i could think of was my bed.

I do remember feeling as though I'd never sleep again. You are in the trenches right now but it's not forever

@NatMoz im so obsessed with sleep. I’ve bought new pillows, mattress topper, duvet and bedding , despite the fact I can’t really put it to use haha! I just think about sleep and I want to be cosy and sleep longer than an hour at a time

thank you :( it wasn’t this bad with my first he was a bit of a deeper sleeper. DD is very light even me turning over in bed seems to stir her. She’ll only sleep deep if she’s on me but that means I can’t sleep
