One year old overexcited constantly and hitting

Hi, I have a one year old and she is so different to my 2.5 year old. She runs after her constantly and is constantly laughing and chasing her and trying to wrestle her and is so boisterous and pinchy. I keep taking her away and saying no but she finds it hilarious. Has anyone gone through this? I’m so out of my depth!

One of my boys was very rough at this age. He bit as well. They are easily excited at this age and don't empathise. You have just keep being consistent, but I'm afraid it can take a while to work as they are creatures of impulse at that age.
