I've read that breastfed babies shouldn't poo very often but my 3 month old EBF baby still poos 1-3 times a day - sometimes more.
Is this ok?

Yea 100 percent but if you are concerned speak to your midwife but yes to reiterate 100 percent normal. Some poop after every feed some a few stones a day and some like once a week.

Yes it is OK, but can also be a sign of allergies / upset tummy. Are they a happy baby with no other issues? If so, then great.

My first pooped after every feed, and he was perfectly healthy. My second also pooped a lot, which I thought was normal due to my first baby experience. However turns out he has a cows milk allergy and the constant pooping was a symptom of the allergy. However his poops were really watery, with no consistency at all, and didn't have the little seedy bits in that are normal for BF babies.
