(Lack of) Sleep

Hello. My 15 week old just does not sleep well. I must be doing lots wrong and I feel so guilty. She will only nap on me or in the pram but for 30mins bursts here and there. At night, she wakes regularly for breastfeeding and often cries and takes a while to resettle in her basket.
I don’t know if she’s poorly as she seems to have become fussier. She’s definitely teething but I doubt it’s that.

I just don’t know what to do 🙁

There is a sleep regression at 4 months. Mine started it at about 15 weeks.

DD is normally happy to be put down and is very chilled but she's pretty grumpy at the moment and is just gone 4 months. I'm putting down to that. Get the wonder weeks app or book, it tells you when they have these phases. There are 10 in the first 18 months x

May I ask what she's like during the night at the moment?

Very varied.

Very good night sleeps 8pm to 5/6am. Feeds and then back until about 7am.

Average night goes to bed at 8pm wakes about 3am for feed. Goes back until 7/8am.

Not great night, bed at 8pm, feed at 11/12pm, feed at 3am (I appreciate that this is not bad and DD1 was up 3+ times a night when going through the same thing). She's 18 weeks old.
