Stuffy nose, excess snot..

How to help a 16month old that’s super stuffy!

think he has so much snot that when sleeping it’s going down his throat. 😪😪

generally fine, not showing signs of being unwell. Seems like a standard cold but just want to help him clear this if possible!

Have you tried the usual:

hoover his mattress
wash his bedding at 60 degrees
leave the window slightly open
prop the top of his cot slightly up
Nasal aspirator
Going into a steamy room for a bit before bedtime?

Start using saline spray as often as you remember, at least morning and evening. Keeping it very wet gives it a chance of draining away and not getting clogged up.
