So me and my ex my childrens father broke up 2 years ago hes currently in another relationship. The issue I have is it's very unstable they are splitting up and getting back together at least one a month. The past month it's been once a week. The kids were going to hers up until just after Christmas but then they split again and me and him both agreed that until there stable then the kids should not be going over there. Since they've been together I feel like were constantly making arrangement and he just doesnt stick to them because of her. They broke up saturday because he had come to see the kids and she kicked off well he was seeing his kids. He then went back on monday and then tuesday he asked if the kids could go to theres which I said no because there not stable now hes not communicating or seeing his children.
His partner doesnt like it when we get on so she will cause issues so we fall out.
His friends and family have told him but hes not listening to any of it.
Our 6 year old is being affected by the whole situation has she is wetting the bed and her behaviour at school as gone down hill. I've tried explaining this to him but he just seems to ignore it.
He threatens me with court as well.
I just need some advice as to what to do going forward.
