Emergency stop with baby in car

Maybe sounds like a stupid question!

I was driving 25-30mph had to do an emergency stop (my shopping flew off the seat). Do I need to got LO checked out?

She was in a rear facing hour 360, 4months old no impact was made and she has no bruises/pain and acting normally.
