Ds is 2 years and 2 months. His current pattern is asleep for 8 and wake up at 6- 6.15ish. He is waking up once most nights now which has hasn't donefor a while. Naps for 1h30 at 12.30. He has all his teeth, so that's not related to his waking.
He does seem to be afraid of the dark all of a sudden so we're going to get a nightlight (any recommendations welcome).
But main question is whether i should try and cut his nap down and get him to bed slightly earlier in the hope of him sleeping through more regularly again? Or anything else that jumps out to anyone? Thanks!
