CMPA and breastfeeding

Can anyone advise me on some good dairy alternatives? My baby possibly has CMPA so I need to remove dairy from my diet in order to continue breastfeeding. I love my milk and cheese (and chocolate - especially with Easter on the horizon!!) so any advice would be gratefully received x

May be worth cutting out soya too as the protein is similar, the dietician told me to do that, and we noticed a difference within a week.

Chocolate - NOMO chocolate was my favourite, used to have their chocolate cookie bunnies, and also liked their chocolate orange, and salted caramel you soon get used to it. Dark chocolate depending on the % is usually dairy free.

Cheese - it's all crap to be honest, but the boursin plant based garlic and herb spread was really nice. There are however some nice dairy free pizzas in Sainsbury's.

Milk wise, it's a personal preference, I drink oat milk as prefer the taste.

For other sweets treats, a lot of the hot cross buns don't have dairy, obviously check the pack, but usually fine. Meringues, some donuts.

Flora plant butter is nicer than the margarine
