Baby won't settle properly after 4am feed!

My little man is 7 weeks tomorrow and has generally been a really good sleeper since he was born.

We tend to put him in bed anywhere between 11/11.30 (he's asleep downstairs in his moses basket for a good few hours before) and sleeps until 3/4 o'clock for a feed, will go back down for around an hour and then starts kicking, squirming, making noises. He started doing this around 10 days ago. He doesn't seem upset in anyway and never ends up crying. I was thinking maybe it's wind but we don't do anything any different in the night to any other time and he only does this from around 5am.

Every time we go to him, his eyes are shut so we've been assuming he's doing it in his sleep but by the time his morning feed comes round he's generally shattered and often falls asleep in the middle of his bottle so must be awake or only in a very light sleep.

He doesn't seem in any way distressed but it keeps us awake more than anything.

Is this just a phase? Any suggestions? If we could figure this bit out he would be the perfect baby (obviously is already but would be even better if we could sleep more!)

It could be reflux. My daughters reflux first presented around 10 days and with difficulties with the 3-4 am feed. She would scream and come on and off the breast and then wouldn't settle afterwards by the time she was 4 months it was every hour of the day.

I would probably start by holding them upright for half an hour after that feed and getting them into a deeper sleep before popping them down.
