Child maintenance agency changed agreement to collect and pay as ex partner would not make payments voluntarily.
I received a letter today to say that they were due to send me a payment but it has not been received by them?
I thought the whole point of collecting the maintenance directly from his salary was to avoid any further missed payments (he previously point blank refused to pay voluntarily). Does this mean he has left his job??
