6 week old constipated

Hi just looking for some advice, I have a 6 week old that hasn't pooed for a week, currently breastfeeding. She has been screaming crying all day as if she is in pain. Midwife has recommended warm water, massages, bicycle legs ect nothing seems to have helped. Not sure whether to take her to a&e please help

Has she been checked for Tongue tie at all?

If in doubt always go to a&e, it's along time without a poop. You've probably tried everything but when mine was a baby, I tried pushing the knees up towards their chest and then back down, while they lie on their back, bit like a pumping action and that helped to get things moving.
