8 month old vomiting after feeds, teething related?

Hello,

FTM looking for some advice. My 8 month old baby is teething both his top teeth are coming in and he is drooling really badly the last week. He has now started to vomit after some feeds, he has never been a sicky baby so I’ve never experienced this. Could this be related to the teething/drooling? He does seem to sometimes be gagging when feeding this week too.

If it carries on tomorrow and he's still gagging I'd ask the GP to check his ears and throat to rule out infections
