Child tax credit - Which birth certificate?

Hi,

Just a quick one and apologies if I am posting in the wrong forum... When claiming child tax credit, do you send in just the basic birth certificate or do you need to send in the full one? I can't find the answer anywhere!

Hi, I had to send the full one when I applied for my Tax Credits. They sent it back to me within a week or so

I had to send full one too, and they sent it back to me lovely and creased

Great! I don't want the full one to be creased! Never mind... Thanks for your quick replies!
