This week my 9 year old called me a bad parent for the first time, then again tonight, I'm just absolutely heartbroken that she thinks this

Ah OP don't be too upset. When a 9yo says something like this it doesn't mean it's a) true or b) she really believes it. She's just pushing boundaries- she probably saw that it upset you the first time and is trying to hurt your feelings. Welcome to the pre teen years! Reply calmly "well nobody's perfect but I'm doing my best" and move on.

Don't worry because you can't be as bad as me. I'm "the worst Mum in the world", apparently.

Agree with not paying too much heed and moving on. Sounds like it's the wonderful beginning of the tween years and she might be starting to have shifts in her hormones.
