found out this weekend that our sons p6 teacher, who left may 2022, was actually arrested for online sexual activity with a child. The schools defence for not telling us was that they had no evidence of "on site activity"
Unfortunately there was, there's at least 2 victims (one is my son) and at least 1 child protection concern raised by a staff member that wasnt followed.
It hit the news this weekend and nore victims are coming forward, its just horrible that the school didn't investigate at the time.

Could i ask people to share this on their social media etc the bloke - Mr William Maher - has been working as a teacher since 2016 and leading church residentials. We need more awareness but the education authority are pulling the shutters down.
