What do I do when baby has vomiting bug

My baby has a vomiting but so far no runny poo seems to have started 3 days ago she puked in the car one time then no more, until yesterday early hours in the morning she puked then no more until last night where she puked up her dinner bht continued eating, then puked again at bed she had 3oz and slept through didn’t puke, this morning she had 10oz of milk in one sitting at about 8am and some toast held it down fine until about 10mins ago on the way home from church she’s puked a tsunami of milk I’m a ftm so I don’t know how to manage this so far doesn’t seem dehydrated has gone down for a nap

Ah well best just to see how it plays out. Best to give them food /milk in smaller amounts until they are keeping it down. BUT make sure they are hydrated, sipping water regularly and plenty of wet nappies.its dehydration which is the main problem when they are vomiting.
