Dry at night - are nightmares coincidental?

DD 3.3 has been dry at night since Easter Sunday( early days I know) and have left the nighttime nappy off since then.

However in the last 3 days she has woken with nightmares for the first time ever( crying out that there are spiders in her bed.)

I was just wondering if anxiety about nighttime wetting may be contributing to the nightmares?
Does anyone have experience of this?

Sorry not sure where else to post.

Are you lifting or is she just dry by herself? I know that DD gets exhausted by being disturbed by lifting and ends up with nightmares

thanks for trying though, I think thats what this place is all about

probably just a flukey coincidence that I have decided to attach meaning to.
