small changing clutch/organiser

Hi all, has anyone got a small changing clutch? & what do you get in it?

DS is now 1 year and thinking of downsizing my bag to just needing to take out nappies, wipes etc & a spare outfit

Hello,

I was given a PacaPod (the luxury changer pod + mat) which is really useful for shorter outings, it can fit a couple of nappies, wipes, a spare outfit and a snack or two!
