Does anybody know what this rash is on my sons face? It is on both cheeks. It is hot to touch and has been there since yesterday morning. I have given Piriton but its not had any effect. Its hot to touch and he says its itchy.
He did break out in hives in Dec after a really bad tummy bug... doc put it down to post viral. He has just been poorly with a cold too so I'm wondering if it's that? Thank you.
