Vitamins

I have school age children and I was wondering does anyone else give their children vitamins? And do you feel like they actually help? I feel like my children just get over something and then something else pops up. Is there any particular vitamins you would also recommend? TIA

Yup every day. Mainly because my daughter only eats beige food.

Bassetts are great - very tasty!

Yes any generic chewable multivitamin daily. DC5 is not a great eater and we are vegetarian so I'm particularly mindful about the iron. And also over winter months we are all recommended to be taking vit D too.
