Tooth or not?

Hi
I have a 7 month old who has been teething a while now with bad nappies the past week. I then saw this small hard lump on her gums, where her canines will sit, I'm unsure as to whether it's a tooth or something else? Has anyone else experienced this with their babies?

Is it an Epstein pearl? My DD had one and we thought she was cutting her canines first, but we were wrong. It eventually went, and she didn't get her first tooth until over 10 months :)
