Which DS over to cows milk the past five days has been doing really well and no longer wants formula - past day he’s had bright red warm cheeks
I’m wondering is this teething or possible cows milk allergy?

many advice?

If it was cows milk allergy wouldn't that have come up from the formula?
Mine gets these cheeks in cold weather as he dribbles a lot and it then gets chapped. Could be linked to teething as well.

Were you using a comfort formula?

Ah ok. The comfort milks can be slightly broken down which can disguise mild dairy allergies until they are on fresh cow's milk

It probably is the teething. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between my daughters teething and allergy poos especially for the premolars and molars. They equally stank and were equally mushy and loose and a bit mucousy and a slightly funny colour. The joys of parenthood so many ways to describe poo you never knew existed!
