Is this infected??? Umbilical cord?

Hey guys, my baby girl is 6 days old. At 2 days old I brought her to paeds as her umbilical cord smelt so fowl, they said it was normal and there was no concern. I have been cleaning it as advised since.

it started bleeding last night and today it looks like the picture, anyone know if this is an infection?? Please help 😢😢

Looks normal to me.

Fold her nappy back and air it as best you can to dry out. It will stink a bit. It's dead rotting flesh essential....

Never seen anything like that on my two nor have I ever come across a foul smell coming from it. Please get her seen that doesn't look right, poor thing.
