Baby head tilting to one side? Worry or not?

Hi ladies
not sure if I’m posting on the right thread tbh - just wanted to see other people’s experience.
baby is 4 months and leans to one side.
so if she’s sitting up her head will lean to one side. But if she’s sitting up but supported (so for example if I put her in a sitting position with something behind her like the sofa).
She can turn her head both sides perfectly well - if I show her toys or someone leaves the room etc, she has no problems turning her head.
shes fine during tummy time, can lift her head and can press onto forearms (when she’s not being lazy lol) and can roll from front to back (again when she’s not being lazy lol).
if I put her in a sitting position and she sits forward she would roll over onto to one side which I know is probably obvious for a baby who can’t sit yet, but it’s more the head tilt I’m worried about. She often will hold her head straight but when she isn’t holding her head up it just leans to one side.

should I be worrying and seeing an osteopath or is that a bit extreme at such a young age?

Mention to health visitor. Could be postural but might be worth checking eyesight too.

I had the same with my son he had plagiocephaly. His head began to stick out from the side he was not turning to. We then took him private to a clinic in London at 6 months and he had a helmet to correct the shape.
