18 month old naps

Hi mums.
would love some help and advice. My LG is 18 months. Since Christmas we have been struggling with her naps. She’s been down to 1 nap for some time. And before would have gone down easily into her cot once she had fallen asleep in our arms, and usually would have slept 1-1.5 hours.
now, we are having to contact nap! And as much as I love the cuddles and rest, it is exhausting at times. Any time we try putting her in the cot she is hysterical. She is in day care and easily goes into the cot for them awake and goes over herself. Though again will only nap 45-60 mins for them.
At night time she gets a bottle then is put down awake, and is fine going over herself. She does sleep through most nights but can waken early. I reckon most nights she gets about 10-11 hours sleep.
I know a lot of it is behavioural and separation anxiety, and I am not ready for her to drop the nap, but I would love her to nap in the cot.
Any tips or experience?

Is she over tired? Could you try putting her down for a nap an hour earlier?

Or try her in the buggy?

18 month sleep regression I'd say! With us I had to take my son out in his buggy every day to ensure he had some sleep. It is a phase, and it doesn't last. Be consistent with your routine.

Buggy is definitely worth a try – both my DDs have had phases where every non-contact nap was a buggy nap.
