What bedtime does your 4.5 yr old go to bed?

I am so jealous of you all. DS 4.5 is lights out 7.15, up at 5.30. Every single day (except when they put the ruddy clocks back in Winter and he gets up at 4.30 instead). Sometimes if we are really lucky he flakes out till, ooo, 5.45.

He goes swimming straight after school 2 days a week, goes to the park after school two days and does tons of outdoor stuff at the weekends, and we bung him full of carbs before bedtime too. Makes not an iota of difference.

You lot don't know you're born

dd4 is 5 in June and is always ready for bed by about 6.30-7pm. Any later and she is unbearable. Always asleep within 10 minutes and usually up at 7am
