Does this look bad ?

My kids are on a cin at the moment & sw was looking too close our case in few months after we’ve had all the meetings out the way with and just to see how these meetings go for time being. My kids have been off school for 3 days last week and also yesterday and today . My kids have had a fever and conjunctivitis due to this . They are at a nursery so I was meant to be settling them in for 2 weeks straight but have missed these nursery days due to them being unwell . I had told the nursery how unwell they was and we have a meeting today with sw and the nursery said well you could say all of this when we have the meeting then ok . I’m just bit worried this will look bad as it’s been a lot of days and the kids are meant to be doing there settling in

I'm sorry but your post isn't very clear - how many kids do you have and what are their ages? Since you refer to both missing school and missing settling in at a nursery. What is the reason they're on a child in need plan? As the background to the safeguarding team's concerns would be relevant to whether missing school/nursery would raise more concerns.
