Best product for sure bums?

Never had anything like nappy rash with the other 2. DD3 just started solids and the poo's are making her very red. I'm changing her the second I realise she's gone and these days it's obvious most of the time. But her little bum is very red. Am slathering on the sudo cream but is there something much better out there I don't know about?

When ds went through that everyone piled on here to recommend metanium, which worked for us. From chemists and I think some large tescos. good luck

metanium .....u cnt beat it -it stinks and looks vile a little goes a long long way - you buy it at the chemist ....dont get it on your clothes tho
