Owlet missing data?

Hello, has anyone had a big chunk of data missing from the owlet? Last night there is about an hour and a half missing and does anyone know what it means exactly?

Hiya did you get a response to this as I am
the same missing 2 hours.
inhave emailed Owlets customer service however no response.
i purpose of the Owlet is peace of mind however if no readings would it pick up should anything untoward happen?
are there any other similar products out there that would be more reliable? Thank you

did you sort this issue? As I’m currently facing the same issue and we use our sock due to our baby having a bleed on the brain. A side affect is apnea so it’s important we get to know if his oxygen starts to drop.
its making me nervous having gaps in readings. We’ve had the sock weeks and it’s only just started having gaps in the last few days
