Hi,
my daughter has had a horrid bug for the past week. Her temperature is finally vaguely normal, but she’s now refusing all food and drink.

I want to do a rehydration challenge with dioralyte- but I can’t remember if this age can have it at standard strength or half strength. Can anyone advise?

thank you.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I think it's half strength but ime the taste is so bad i could never get it in them. Would she lick a lolly? Ive found that can work when they are poorly like this x

At 9 months I'd be getting medical advice first if she's dehydrated.

Yeah I am tempted to get medical advice but we moved house on Friday so aren’t registered anywhere and I’ll need to look into out-of-hours services

Just ring 111. They'll sort you out.
