For the second time I ordered something from a well know retailer and for the second time they muddled up my order/delayed it. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR and the worst thing? This time I would have had no idea unless I had rung. I am so cross I cancelled the order.
THe first time I ordered on the phone, all details were taken. Two days later they rang to say they got the wrong details on the card and to say that they had to wait for a delivery before they could send it. It took flipping ages. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the second time and ordered last tuesday. recieved a shipping notice and in the small print something saying check my email. Didnt think to ring them when I didnt recieve an email. So today I thought I should ring and see where the package was as as far as I knew it had been shipped on tuesday. I was told that I should have checked my email and seen that they didnt have stock till today so wouldnt recieve anything till tomorrow/thursday. Well I checked my spam folders and nothing. Def nothing in my main email. I decided enough was enough as I woudl have simply cancelled straight away if I had known it was going to be another week and got it elsewhere. Arrrgghh I know in the grand scheme of things its no big deal but I am so peeved at being kept holding on on both occasions and the 'accusation' of the lady I spoke with that they had sent the email and that was that.
