Does anyone know if it is possible for two mums of siblings who have the same dad to apply to the family court under one application.

I work full time in a Family Mediation company and although we aren't not involved with court proceedings, I'd imagine you'd have to do two separate applications as the children would most likely have different circumstances depending on their age, the mothers, location, etc etc. The best people to ask I think is a charity called Support Through Court as they are involved everyday in assisting people with court applications and information about court proceedings.

Family Mediation Sheffield - Direct Mediation Services

Our family mediators in Sheffield specialise in facilitating agreements on child living & financial arrangements and other crucial matters.
