Can I ask nursery to still give 15 month old a bottle?

My 15 month old is BF, but takes a bottle of cows milk if I'm not around. She's a very petite baby, and very hungry ALL THE TIME. She eats breakfast before nursery, then eats breakfast again at nursery and then eats well there all day and has dinner when she gets home plus a BF before bed and an 8oz bottle of cows milk before DH puts her down for bed. She honestly puts away more food than my 3YO. Days when she's with me she has a BF before her nap and probably a couple more throughout the day.

Nursery were giving her milk before her nap, but looking back on her record they seem to have stopped this about 2 weeks ago. For the last 2 weeks her sleep has been awful, she's been awake crying and asking for a feed several times a night and I've been trying to figure out why I've tried giving her calpol and teething powder wondering if it's her teeth. I've even checked her bum at night for worms to find out why she's so upset at night!

I know she should have a "cup" of milk at this age, rather than a bottle but I'm not too fussed about this to be honest as it's one or two bottles a day and I'd rather she was full up. Do you think it's ok to ask nursery to keep giving her a bottle before her nap? Or would that be frowned upon?

Have they stopped the milk completely, or are they giving her a cup of milk? If she is refusing a cup it may help to switch at home too.

How is her sleep when she is with you and you BF her for her nap? If she is sleeping well, then she is definitely missing her bottle when at nursery.
I would definitely ask the nursery to continue giving your DD her bottle for nap times.
