Can anyone relate and when does it get easier?!

Hi all, I have a gorgeous 6 month old bubba and unfortunately (or not) we got stuck in a concrete strong nurse to sleep association.. I nurse her to sleep at night and put her down once fast asleep and she only wakes up once or twice to be nursed back down, between 7-6am, but all her naps are fed to sleep too and she remains where she is, will not be transferred to cot during day times so I let her nap on my boob rather than not sleep! It was working well but I can see she starting to struggle with it, keeps popping off eyes glazed but can’t drift off without the nipple in her mouth ultimately! She will sleep for 30 mins in the pram, longer on car journeys.

she’s such boobie monster, because of the comfort feeding I end up nursing every hour or 2 unless she’s asleep! I really don’t want to do sleep training, and she’s going to nursery at 11 months.. I guess I’m posting because I just want some reassurance that this won’t go on forever and She’ll be able to sleep without boob at some point without training and crying?? Anyone been through this? Will she sleep at nursery without a meltdown?
