freaked out mum!!

all day I have felt this moving feeling in my bum! it's been really driving me mad, so tonight after I done the toilet I had a feel around and threadworms!! On my finger moving I feel disgusting and sick to my stomach,
No idea where they have came from, I have 2 children 3 years and 13 months both at nursery, I'm a student nurse so I'm in hospital a lot but always wearing gloves in hospital and washing my hands,
Haven't noticed anything in either kids poo'd,
Any advice ?? Or anyone has these before to make me feel a bit more normal

This is a totally normal situation. Go the the pharmacy ask for Ovex, treat the whole family. A bit of vaseline around the anus to stop the itching. Wash all bedding and towels and PJs etc at 60 degrees and wear underwear to bed. You are not the first and certainly won't be the last.

It will definitely be from the children. I caught them once from mine! Spread like wildfire in nursery/school settings.

Usually easily treated though. Might need a follow up dose after the first one.
