Getting old stains out of stored baby clothes?!

I had no idea where to post with this one but thought others might have some tips!

I stored away all of my clothes for baby number 1, obviously in the blur of the newborn days 🙃😂 and have noticed that a good 3/4 of my gorgeous clothes have yellow stains around the neck! From vomiting up breast milk/formula I guess 😭 really wanted to use them for baby number 2!

Can anyone suggest any good products or how to get rid? Thank you!

I’ve had similar with baby number 2 recently. Most of them came out with vanish gel.

Try pre soaking in napisan.

A healthy dollop of branded Fairy dish soap. Leave overnight. Wash on a 20° wash then hang to dry in the sun.

I soaked some similarly stained items in vanish oxy action and then washed them in ariel powder followed by a wash in non bio. 90% of the stains came out

I don’t know but I’m always astounded at what the sun gets out of clothes. Free so it’s worth a try. I’d also use them stained personally

Vanish gel left on to soak for a while before washing.

Dry in direct sun, leave on line for a couple of days if necessary.

Agree with those saying sunshine!

Thanks everyone! Treating with vanish gel, Soaking overnight in water mixed with elbow grease stain bar and vanish gel plus a normal wash and hanging in the sunshine seems to have taken the vast majority of them out!! Will leave them for as long as I can in the sun! ☀️
